The service

Lucro provides an AI voice receptionist that answers, triages, and books calls on behalf of your business according to the configuration you approve during setup.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of the business information, calendar access, and escalation contacts you provide, and for complying with call-recording and messaging consent laws (including SMS/A2P registration requirements) in your jurisdiction.

Limitations

Lucro is a tool that assists with call handling; it is not a substitute for emergency services. The service is provided on a subscription basis and may be modified as the product evolves.
